During Audrey's nature class at Huntley Meadows, the kids went off trail and picked up litter. Audrey decided she wanted to help clean up litter at the creek behind our apartment. A couple of senior citizens that were watching asked if she was doing a girl scout project.
Graton was especially proud, as he has fond memories of his mother's efforts to keep their neighborhood litter-free.
Audrey's deep connection with nature inspires me. It's sure fun raising this budding naturalist!
