Tough Negotiator

As we were braving the icy wind along the National Mall, en route to to a museum, Alyssa said,

"Mom, tell the wind to stop blowing, else we won't give him any snacks tomorrow."

Unfortunately, her harsh sanctions failed to quell the wind's riotous behavior.
