After arriving in Victoria, we went to Graton's Mum's house and met up with his sister Eden, and her two darling girls: just the same age as ours! The girls soon became fast friends, and we all went to the beach of Graton's childhood.
We had perfect weather: uncharacteristically warm and sunny the whole 7 days we were in Canada.
The water was still far too cold for me, but Graton and Audrey braved the low temps.

Lizzie was thrilled with this new aunt who was always ready to hook her up with yummy snacks. I was so grateful for Eden's wonderful meals, fun-loving personality and kindness and warmth to my girls.
