Stacy is great with kids, and has offered several fun classes for the homeschooling community on rocks, geodes, seashells, and fossils. We've enjoyed all of these classes, and are looking forward to a class on birds she's going to run, with the aid of some fantastic materials she's borrowing from the Smithsonian.
Stacy gave each child models of dinosaur bones for three different dinosaurs, and a key so they could put them together, like a puzzle.
The completed model.
Stacy brought back a bag of stone fossils of leaves dating to the dinosaur period from a recent visit to Alaska. She gave each child one to take home.
Thanks, Stacy, for sharing your knowledge with us! Looking forward to the next class!

You are my hero. I hope that my son warms up to homeschooling sometime. Audrey seems like she is learning a lot, and I'm very impressed with her abilities at such a young age.
Adelle would love that class!
